Works in cooperation with Prof. Agnieszka Gadomska concerning the reconstruction of large defects in the bones have been appreciated. We received a silver medal at the International Warsaw Invention Show IWIS 2021 for research on a Bioactive substitute for spongy bone (authors: A. Gadomska-Gajadhur, D. Kołbuk, A. Kołakowska, M. Budnicka, P. Ruśkowski).
We were also awarded the Rector of the Warsaw University of Technology Award, receiving the 1st degree team award for participation in the work of the team from the Faculty of Chemistry of the Warsaw University of Technology for scientific achievements in the 2019/2020 academic year
